A Starbucks-anchored retail center on Brook Road in Richmond has sold for $1.9 million to Exocorp Management & Consulting Inc. of Delaware.
The 5,600-square-foot, net-leased property includes a freestanding Starbucks with drive-through window and a two-tenant retail building occupied by a video game
retailer and a nail parlor.
The property is located east of Interstate 95 and has high traffic counts.
Greysteel’s single-tenant net lease investment group in Washington, D.C., led by Vice
President Peter Snell, served as exclusive advisor and agent in the transaction.
