An office building in Stafford sold for $14.725 million, real estate company Colliers International announced Wednesday.

The buyer is confidential, according to Colliers, and Stafford property records have yet to release the updated ownership. Golden Eagle Group was the previous owner, having bought the building in June 2018 for $10 million.

The building located at 50 Tech Parkway is a 94,064-square-foot Class A office space and is part of the North Stafford Center for Business and Technology (NSCBT) office park, which is a three-building office park approximately 15 miles from the Quantico Marine Corps Base.

The 50 Tech Parkway building was 94.5% leased at the time of sale to defense contractors BAE Systems and Space Dynamic Laboratory, according to Colliers. The General Services Administration (GSA) is the primary tenant in the office park but does not operate in the building sold.

Colliers Executive Vice President Will Bradley and Vice Presidents Mark Williford and Lee Cherwek represented the seller in the transaction.
