CBRE|Richmond announced Friday the sale of a Stafford office building for $10 million. The 94,064-square foot-property was sold to to Golden Eagle Group.
50 Tech Parkway, a Class A building, was constructed in 2006. It is a part of the North Stafford Center for Business and Technology, a three-building office park adjacent to Quantico Marine Corp Base and off of Route 610.
The property was approximately 75 percent leased at time of sale with current tenants including GSA, BAE Systems Land & Armaments, L3, Vickers Nolan Enterprises, Gemini 3 Group and others.
Will Bradley of CBRE|Richmond and Lee Cherwek of CBRE|Fredericksburg represented the seller in this transaction. CBRE|Fredericksburg will lease the property.
