Fairfax-based SRA International announced Friday that its chief financial officer Richard J. Nadeau has resigned to pursue opportunities with publicly traded companies. David F. Keffer will serve as acting CFO as well as his current role as the company’s corporate controller.
SRA said Nadeau’s resignation is not due to any “disagreement with the Company, its management or its operations, policies or practices.” It reported the change in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company, which provides IT services and solutions, employs approximately 5,500 people around the world.
