Fairfax-based SRA International announced two promotions Wednesday, which are effective immediately. David Keffer has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer, while Theresa Golinvaux is now vice president and corporate controller.
Keffer, formerly SRA’s corporate controller, will be in charge of the company’s financial operations, including corporate accounting, financial strategy and treasury management. He joined SRA in 2003. His roles there have included director of investor relations and vice president; strategic acquisition executive and CFO of the company's national security sector.
Golinvaux previously was SRA's assistant controller and has been the acting principal accounting officer since June, a position she will still assume. Golinvaux also began working at SRA in 2003. Since then she has held management positions in SRA’s technical accounting, financial reporting and business units.
SRA provides information technology solutions and professional services to address challenges faced by U.S. government agencies. It employs about 5,200 people in the United States and overseas.
