In other deals for CBRE:
California Cartage expanded to 53,190 square feet at Commonwealth Commerce Center in Suffolk. Chamie Burroughs, Ashton Williamson and Worth Remick handled the transaction on behalf of the landlord.
Allied Technology Group Inc. renewed a lease for 45,030 square feet at 2693 Reliance Drive in Virginia Beach. Pat Mugler and Matt Wilbricht handled the transaction on behalf of the tenant.
L-3 Communications Corp. leased 20,020 square feet at 1619 Diamond Springs Road in Virginia Beach. Lang Williams handled the transaction on behalf of the tenant.
