Fairfax-based Yims Icon Property LLC purchased Lee’s Hill Retail Center in Spotsylvania County for $2.55 million, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced Tuesday.

The retail center located at 10651-10673 Spotsylvania Ave. was fully leased at the time of the purchase. The 14,500-square-foot property sits on 1.85 acres of land that was most recently owned by Falcon Realty Investments LLC.

Current tenants include McCormick Paints, Care Advantage and Easy Tax, as well as a barber, nail salon, spa and cleaner.

Jamie A. Scully, CCIM and Sharon E. Schmidt of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
