Spirit Halloween Superstores has leased 40,002 square feet of retail space in Roanoke.

Divaris Real Estate Inc. said that the company is leasing the former Michael’s store at Town Square shopping center located at 1357 Town Square Boulevard.

Sam McCoy of Divaris represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
