Chicago Properties LLC sold an absolute net-leased 13,840-square-foot Rite Aid store at 1808 S. Salem Rd. in Virginia Beach to 1808 Salem LLC for $4. 1 million. Katherine Campbell of Sperry Van Ness | Small Shah Commercial Advisors represented the seller in the transaction.

In another deal, Oyster Point LLC sold the Jameson Inn in Newport News to PAP Hospitality LLC for $2.1 million. Shailesh Shah, of Sperry Van Ness | Small Shah Commercial Advisors, represented the seller.
