Spectrum executive vice president promoted to president

Newport News-based Spectrum has promoted William K. “Bill” Stulb to president and chief operating officer. Stulb joined the consulting company in August 2012 as second executive vice president and COO.

Stulb has more than 14 years of executive leadership experience as president of a manufacturing business and as CFO for a large shipyard and industrial services company.

Jeffrey D. Wassmer remains Spectrum’s CEO and chairman of the board of directors.
