Smith Enterprises brokers four leases in Medical Arts Building

Smith Enterprises in Wytheville has signed four leases with medical office tenants for a 16,500-square foot building, known as the Medical Arts Building, at 710 West Ridge Road.

Altogether, about 10,000 square feet has been leased. The latest deal for 2,500 square feet is with Vistar Eye Care. Other tenants include Advanced Health Care, Hope Clinic, Solstas Labs and Interim Healthcare.
