Representatives from 10 companies have completed a mentorship program sponsored by Richmond’s Office of Minority Business Development.
The 2016-17 Building a Better Mentorship Program matched small Richmond-based businesses with experienced professionals for one-on-one coaching.
The business/mentor teams established 12-month work plans designed to increase revenue, profit, cash flow and employee base.
The people involved in the program include:
