The Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum (SECAF), a McLean-based nonprofit, has named two new members to its board of directors.
Ben Edson, founder and CEO of Washington, D.C.-based VariQ, and Sirena Johnson, principal at Thompson Greenspon in Fairfax, have been appointed to a two-year term on the SECAF board.
SECAF provides resources for small and emerging government contractors.
Edson leads an IT solutions consulting firm, which has over 300 employees. The company has grown more than 940 percent since 2009.
Johnson offers accounting, auditing and tax services to clients and management consulting services.
