Six new positions announced at Commonwealth Assisted Living

Commonwealth Assisted Living, which operates 18 senior living communities in Virginia, announced appointments to six new leadership positions Monday.

Earl Parker has been name chief operating officer. Parker has more than 20 years experience in the hospitality and senior living industries, including being part of the leadership team for two large senior living companies.

Tommy Comer, vice president of human resources, most recently was the regional HR director for a senior living company on the West Coast, overseeing human resources at 22 communities in 11 states.

Kevin Willis, senior vice president of construction, has more than 20 years experience in the construction industry.

Jami Montambault, named controller in December. She has more than 25 years of experience working with a range of businesses in accoutning, finance, systems and human resources.

Candace Meyer, regional vice president, Eastern Virginia. For eight years, she was national sales director for one of the largest health-care companies in the country.

Ronda Duckworth, regional vice president, Western Virginia. Duckworth has worked for more than 20 years in the health-care industry.
