SIGAL Construction Corp., a general contractor based in Arlington, has named Patrick Thomas its vice president of project development. Thomas will be responsible for the company’s business and relationship development.

He has more than 29 years of experience in the construction industry, spending the last 19 years in preconstruction, executive operations,and business development. He is active in the commercial real estate industry in the Washington, D.C. area, serving as a board member for the Associated General Contractors in Washington and being active with such associations as Bisnow.
