Sigal Construction Corp. in Arlington has hired Samantha Powell as its business development manager. She also will work with the Interiors division led by Paul Vayo.
Powell has four years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Before joining SIGAL, Samantha was the director of marketing and business development at a full-service interior planning and commercial design firm. She is active with several organizations within the CRE industry NAIOP Northern Virginia, CREW, and Bisnow among others.
Samantha holds a bachelor of arts in government from the University of Virginia.
SIGAL is one of the Washington’s D.C. area’s general contractors. Its project portfolio includes institutions of learning (K-12 and higher education), federal and municipal agencies, corporations, biotech companies, healthcare providers, multi-family housing and associations/nonprofits.
