Sentara Healthcare purchases building in Virginia Beach

Sentara Healthcare has purchased an office building in Virginia Beach’s Centre Pointe Office Park for $3.06 million.

Sentara bought the two story, 30,000-square-foot office building from Engility Corp. The building is located on 3.09 acres.

Rob Wright of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
