Baltimore-based Segall Group, a retail real estate firm, is opening a Washington, D.C., regional office in Rosslyn.
“With over half of our business coming from the DC Metropolitan area, it is a logical next step to establish a physical presence here,” company founder Andy Segall said in a statement. “Opening this office is a critical component of our future growth and builds on our well-established brand.”
Segall Group, which was established in 2008, has also promoted Joe Fleischmann to principal and lead of the Rosslyn office. He will be responsible for the company’s growth in the region and the expansion of its brand.
Fleischmann plans to recruit several retail brokers and support staff for the office.
Segall Group is the Maryland affiliate of Realty Resources, a national network of independently-owned retail brokerage firms.
