S.L. Nusbaum has been named exclusive leasing representative for a three-building industrial complex in Midlothian.
The industrial complex is located within the Oak Lake Industrial Park at 7754-1800 Oak Lake Boulevard.
Elliot Warsof, Zach Brenner, Colin Williams and Graham Sheridan of S.L. Nusbaum will provide landlord representation services for the property.
Construction of Building A, the first building in the project, is slated to begin on Nov. 1 and will include 8,350 square feet of high-bay warehouse space and feature 18-foot ceilings. Delivery is scheduled for spring 2019.
Site work is underway on two additional structures. Building B is a planned 32,000-square-foot building with 30-foot ceilings, and Building D will provide a build-to-suit option of up to 78,000 square feet with 30-foot ceilings.
