S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. has announced commercial real estate transactions in the Norfolk and Richmond areas during August.
The company’s new leases included 40,000 square feet of industrial space at 1112 Cavalier Boulevard in Chesapeake by Kempsville Building Supply. Stephanie Sanker of S.L. Nusbaum represented the landlord.
Among sale transactions, the Portsmouth Fraternal Order of Police, Gosport Lodge #20, has purchased 4020 and 4040 McLean St., a 10,980 square foot commercial building on 2.26 acres in Portsmouth, from Atlantic Coast Club, Inc. for $550,000. Michael Myers of S.L. Nusbaum represented the seller.
Also, Partners Financial Federal Credit Union bought three quarters of an acre located at 14910 Hull Street Road in the Richmond area from Michael and Rachel Pfab in Midlothian for $450,000. Read F. Goode Jr. S. L. Nusbaum represented the seller.
