S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. closed out the year with a flurry of transactions in the Hampton Roads and Richmond markets.
The Norfolk-based company reports that transactions totaled about $18.4 million in sales and lease volume on 282,436 square feet and 11.9 acres of land.
Among the deals was a new lease for Baker Roofing of Norfolk. It leased 21,488 square feet of commercial space at 2043 Church Street. Michael Myers represented the landlord.
On the sales front, Steel Investments LLC purchased a 142,369-square-foot industrial building on 8 acres at 401 Woodlake Drive in Chesapeake from AD Distribution Inc. for $5.8 million. Stephanie Sanker represented the seller.
In other transactions, Jay Bay LLC bought a 21,488-square-foot commercial building on 2.1 acres at 2043 Church St. in Norfolk from Baker & Hitchings Norfolk for $1.3 million. Michael Myers handled the transaction.
Ollie’s Bargain Outlet exercised its option on 45,900 square feet of retail space located at Regency Hilltop Shopping Center in Virginia Beach. Michael Gurley represented the landlord.
Belk extended its lease on 45,495 square feet of space at Suffolk Shopping Center in Suffolk. Chris Hucke represented the landlord.
