S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in Norfolk announces that seven of its staff members have been elected by the board of directors as officers in the company.
The newly elected principal officers are:
Stephen Boyce, senior vice president/co-director of operations, Multi-Family Property Management; Aaron Wyatt, senior vice president/co-director of operations, Multi-Family Property Management; Sharon Swanberg, vice president, Commercial Development; Tyler Jacobson, vice president, Shopping Center Leasing; Nathan Shor, vice president, Commercial Brokerage & Development; John J. Wessling Sr., vice president, Commercial Brokerage & Development; and Michael Zarpas, vice president, Commercial Brokerage & Development.
Headquartered in Norfolk and with an office in Richmond, S.L. Nusbaum manages more than 5.3 million square feet of retail space, more than 15,000 apartment units and 2 million square feet of office and industrial properties.
