Accurate Courier Express Inc. has leased 16,000 square feet of industrial space at 1424 Baker Rd. in Virginia Beach. Michael Myers of S. L. Nusbaum Reallty in Norfolk represented the tenant.

In other deals for Nusbaum, Walgreen’s leased a 13,676-square-foot retail building at the corner of Cedar Road and Bells Mill Road in Chesapeake. Thomas G. Johnson III and Sharon Swanberg represented the landlord.

Also CitiTrends extended its lease on 15,000 square feet of retail space at Colley Village Shopping Center in Norfolk. Neal Sadler represented the landlord.
