S.L. Nusbaum Co. announces election of new officers

S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. (SNL), based in Norfolk, announced that four people in the company have been named as senior vice presidents. They are: 

Robert (Bob) G. Butcher III
Butcher joined SLN in 1984 and specializes in retail leasing/sales and construction management.  He has assisted in the development process on a number of retail centers in the Richmond area and also is engaged in third-party brokerage.

John M. Profilet
Profilet has been with the company since 1992 with a primary focus in leasing and brokerage of commercial office and medical space. He represents both tenants and landlords in the securing and negotiation of commercial office leases.

Murray S. Rosenbach
Rosenbach started with SLN in 1979 and is part of the shopping center leasing department. He is responsible for leasing numerous shopping center properties in various markets, as well as providing client representation, including successful lease and sale contract negotiation.

Nathan A. Shor
Shor joined S.L. Nusbaum in 2013 and has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1982. In his role as regional director, he oversees the day-to-day operation of the Richmond office and specializes in the sales, leasing and development of all product lines.
