S.L. Nusbaum announces $21.5 million in lease and sales volume for September

S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co., based in Norfolk, reported that transactions for the Norfolk and Richmond offices totaled $21.5 million in sales and lease volume in September. The transactions totaled 174,167 square feet and about 8.9 acres of land.

Under new leases, Method Woodworking and Design LLC leased 14,040 square feet of industrial space at 1408 Roseneath Rd. in Richmond. Nathan Shor represented the landlord.

Southeast Connections LLC renewed its lease on 20,504 square feet of industrial space and 3.45 acres of land at 4550 Bainbridge Blvd. in Chesapeake. Stephanie Sanker represented the landlord.

Under sales, Sequoia Frankford Springs purchased a 14,200-square-foot Walgreens store located at 645 First Colonial Road in Virginia Beach from Old Brandon First Colonial Associates LLC, an affiliate of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., for $12 million. Thomas G. Johnson III and Sharon L. Swanberg acquired, developed, leased and sold the property.

HLAS Holdings LLC purchased a 13,218-square-foot commercial building on 1 acre at 3613-3637 Virginia Beach Blvd. in Virginia Beach from Mandys Inc. for $1.1 million. Michael Myers represented the seller.
