According to a listing at the Poe & Cronk website, the property is offered for sale at $4.5 million, which is $1.1 million below its current assessment. The 88,000-square-foot property could be used for office or for multi-family, with a potential for 479 new units, according to Poe & Cronk. It offers 285 parking spaces.
