A Roanoke office building has been sold for $2.9 million.
The commercial real estate firm Hall Associates Inc. said Blue Ridge Behavioral Health has bought a 26,666-square-foot building at 1315 Franklin Road SW.
The building, constructed in 1973, was the former headquarters of Hayes, Seay Mattern and Mattern, an architectural and engineering firm acquired by AECOM in 2007.
The purchase includes two acres of property surrounding the building.
Frank C. Martin III, senior associate broker at Hall Associates, represented the seller in the transaction.
Krista Vannoy and Michael Waldvogel of Waldvogel Commercial Properties represented the purchaser.
