Roadside Development is selling its Purcellville Gateway retail center in Loudoun County.
The Washington Business Journal reports that Roadside Development has retained Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP to market the 16-acre, 88,700-square-foot fully leased retail center.
Roadside converted an old dairy farm at 105 Purcellville Gateway Drive into a retail center that includes Harris Teeter.
Roadside Partner Richard Lake told the Business Journal that the company would use the proceeds on future developments.
According to the Business Journal, the center includes the an additional 3.1 acres of potential commercial or residential development. It is assessed at $16.2 million from Loudoun’s land records.
