Capital Square Realty Advisors LLC has added two people to its asset management team.
Rick Burnett has joined the company, based in Henrico County, as an executive vice president, asset administration, while Jerry Conyers, was hired as an associate vice president, asset administration.
The two men are responsible for asset and property administration for Capital Square Realty Advisors’ real estate portfolio which, according to the company, includes health-care, multifamily, retail, parking and manufactured housing properties in 13 states worth more than $250 million.
Burnett has managed commercial real estate property worth more than $3 billion. He has been an executive vice president of asset management with Grubb & Ellis Co., as well as executive director of USAA Realty Co.’s western region where he was responsible for operations and leasing of its commercial real estate assets.
Before joining Capital Square, Conyers held asset management and property administration positions with several national real estate firms, including Kennedy Wilson, Trammell Crow, Legacy Partners and Grubb & Ellis Co., where he helped manage a portfolio of more than 2 million square feet. In his 20-year career, Conyers has been responsible for retail, office, medical office and industrial buildings.
