A 184,270-square -foot industrial building in Richmond has sold for $2.1 million.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer said RLN Co. LLC bought the building on 9.43 acres at 1500 Commerce Road from Keck Realty.

The commercial real estate firm said part of the building will be used for the new headquarters of Rental Works.

The remaining space will be leased out to other tenants.

Isaac DeRegibus of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
