Richmond-based Royall & Co. and Minneapolis-based Hardwick-Day are merging.
Hardwick-Day will operate as a Minneapolis-based division of Royall & Co. The companies will offer colleges and universities recruitment marketing and financial aid optimization expertise.
The two companies serve more than 400 institutions.
Officials said the combined company will provide colleges and universities a fully integrated, single-source partner for insight on the behaviors, preferences and desires of students and families, reducing volatility in enrollment and net tuition revenue.
