TRP Forest Hill LLC and TRP Westover Hills LLC have purchased multifamily properties in Richmond for $7.45 million.
Park Chateau, located at 3900 Forest Hill Ave. and 600 Westover Hills Blvd., includes 119 units.
Cedar Grove Partners VI LLC sold the property because the group is repositioning its portfolio, according to The Uzan Group of Marcus and Millichap.
Marcus and Millichap represented both the buyers and sellers in the transaction. Agents Altay Uzun, Justin Ferguson and Christopher Chadwick worked with the buyers and sellers.
