Alexandria-based Systems Planning and Analysis Inc. has named retired Gen. Ronald Keys to its board of directors.
Keys spent 40 years in the Air Force, retiring as the commander of Air Combat Command and the air component commander for U.S. Joint Forces Command.
Keys has consulted for SPA for several years, providing operational context for work the company has done for the Office of the Secretary of Defense and for pilot experience-level studies has done for Air Combat Command.
SPA provides analysis and integrated technical, operational, programmatic, policy, and business solutions in support of national objectives.
