The Virginia Center Parkway strip mall in Henrico County was sold for $6.3 million, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group announced Tuesday.
JDJR Central LLC bought the 24,400-square-foot property located on Brook Road that is 100% leased to seven tenants. Tenants include Chipotle, Mattress Firm and Anytime Fitness. The property is situated on approximately 4.89 acres of land.
The retail strip was constructed in 2006 and was worth $3.4 million a year before construction was completed when the land was assessed in September 2005, according to county records.
The sale was handled by Catharine Spangler of Thalhimer. James Ashby IV assisted in the sale and will retain the leasing. Dana Schnurman with Thalhimer’s property management team will work with the new owners of the property.
