Trenton Inc. has purchased a 16,000-square-foot retail complex in Harrisonburg from Belcom Properties LC for $1.57 million. The property is located at the intersection of Neff and Deyerle Avenues.

Timothy Peters of Cottonwood Commercial represented the buyer while Ken Kline, David Denman and Butch Strawderman of Cottonwood represented the seller.
