With more than 38 years of industry experience, Graul joined Branch in 2020 from Centreville-based Parsons Corp., where he was president of construction and a senior executive for alternative project delivery. He also worked previously for AECOM.
Branch has 853 employees, all in Virginia, and reported $452 million in revenue for fiscal year 2021. The construction company, which was founded in 1963, announced in October 2021 it was relocating and expanding into a new corporate headquarters in Roanoke.
A University of Nebraska civil engineering graduate, Graul completed the senior executive program at London Business School. He has been inducted into the National Academy of Construction.

BEST ADVICE FOR OTHERS: Be yourself and speak up. Do not be afraid to speak up in meetings and provide your input. My whole career changed when I quit worrying about what a client might think of what I thought.
