Real estate attorney joins Williams Mullen

Steve Romine has joined Williams Mullen’s offices in Virginia Beach and Norfolk as a partner in the law firm’s Finance and Real Estate Section.

Romine previously led LeClairRyan’s Real Estate Industry Team. His practice focuses on commercial real estate, land use, financing and business matters.

Romine is a former chair of the Virginia State Bar’s Real Property Section and a former president of the Hampton Roads Association for Commercial Real Estate.

He earned his bachelor’s degree, law degree and MBA from the University of Richmond.
