Ramada Hotel in Williamsburg sells for $2.3 million

Amarnath Ohio Real Estate LLC has purchased the 250-room Ramada Hotel in Williamsburg from MRGW Holdings LLC for $2.3 million.

According Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which announced the sale, the buyer purchased the property at 500 Merrimac Trail as an investment.

Thalhimer’s G. David Butchello handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
