Quality Inn Kingsmill sells in Williamsburg

M&S Hotels LLC has purchased the 110-room, Quality Inn Kingsmill in Williamsburg from James City Investment Co. for an undisclosed price.

According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which announced the sale, the new owner plans to renovate and rebrand the 32,339-square-foot hotel property that’s located on 2.5 acres at 432 McLaws Circle.

David Butchello of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of both buyer and seller.
