Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reports several recent lease transactions and renewals in the Hampton Roads market. The largest deal was for Ruhrpumpen Inc., a global supplier for centrifugal pumps. It leased 25,192 square feet at 400 Rotary St. in Hampton. Clay Culbreth handled the lease negotiations on behalf of tenant and landlord.
In another deal, Crossroads Moving & Storage leased 24,000 square feet at 905 G Street in Hampton. Culbreth handled the lease negotiations on behalf of tenant.
BOSH Global Services renewed its lease of 19,416 square feet in Compass Pointe at One Compass Way in Newport News. Teresa Nettles handled the lease negotiations.
Victory Home leased 15,000 square feet in Cardon Warehouses at 800 Florida Ave. in Portsmouth. Tom Dana handled the lease negotiations.
Piedmont Fabrication Inc. renewed a 10,000-square-foot lease at 1319A Yacht Dr. in Chesapeake. Tony Weiss and Patrick Mumey handled the lease negotiations.
