A 416,930-square-foot office/warehouse facility at 14174 Washington Highway in Ashland has changed hands. Clemons Warehouse LLC bought the property from Kepley Broscious & Biggs PLC Trustee for $2.4 million. Robert E. Porter Jr. of Porter Realty Co. Inc./Corfac International handled negotiations on behalf of the buyer.
In other deals for the Richmond-based company:
Western Reserve Leasing III sold a 70,000-square-foot office/warehouse facility at 7820 Whitepine Road in Chesterfield County to 7820 Whitepine LLC for $2.5 million. Byron W. Holmes represented the seller.
The city of Richmond bought a 65,316-square-foot office/warehouse and automotive complex on Commerce Road in the city from Ashby’s Real Estate Investment LLC for $4.5 million. Richard W. Porter represented the seller.
The company also handled the sales of two other large warehouse facilities—a 334,950-square-foot warehouse at 1121 West Hundred Road in Chesterfield County to Hill Phoenix Inc.and a 225,000-square-foot warehouse at 2801 Cofer Road in Richmond to Full Service Warehouse & Logistics Inc. The sellers and sales prices for these properties were not disclosed.
