Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group, based in Roanoke, announced the opening Wednesday of a new branch office in Blacksburg. The office is located within North End Center at 314 Turner St.
“The opening of a new office is part of an ambitious yet deliberate expansion plan that will enable us to get closer to our clients, demonstrate our exceptional capabilities, and meet the growing demand for commercial real estate services in the rapidly growing New River Valley economy,” Dennis Cronk, the company’s president and CEO, said in a statement.
Four employees will work from the office. However, all of the firm's Roanoke and NRV based agents will be able to use the office to serve clients,
In business for more than 30 years, Poe & Cronk’s central office is located in the Wells Fargo Tower in downtown Roanoke.
