Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group in Roanoke will serve as the exclusive leasing agent for Keagy Village Shopping Center located in the Southwest part of Roanoke County.
TD Bank sold the center in November to a retail developer based in Charlotte, N.C., who grew up in Roanoke. Keagy Village, on more than 15 acres, currently offers about 52,000 square feet of retail space, and has an occupancy rate of 17 percent, according to Poe & Cronk. A grocery store is planned on one of the large, vacant sites.
Matt Huff, Poe & Cronk’s project manager said in a statement, “It is great to have a new owner who is committed to do what it takes to attract quality tenants. We are pleased with the level of interest received from prospective tenants by our retail team … We can now say for sure, the first tenants to sign are going to get the best deals.”
The center’s current tenants include Dunkin Donuts, Firehouse Subs and a boutique clothing retailer.
