PetSmart has signed a lease for 17,168 square feet of retail space in Hunting Hills Shopping Center in Roanoke.
A national retailer, PetSmart operates 1,289 stores that provide a broad range of pet products and in-store services.
Debbie Wake of Divaris Real Estate (DRE) Inc.’s Richmond office and Tom Londres of Metro Commercial, the national tenant representative for PetSmart, handled the transaction on behalf of PetSmart.
DRE is the exclusive tenant representative for PetSmart in Virginia and has secured about a dozen locations in Hampton Roads, central and western Virginia markets.
Divaris is headquartered in Virginia Beach and has offices in Newport News, Norfolk, Richmond, Roanoke, Charlotte, N.C., and Washington, D.C.
