A parthership between Investment banks Dresner Partners and IMAP MB Partners has created an affilate company based in Glen Allen, Dresner MB Partners .
Financial terms of the deal were not dislosed.
Istvan “Steve” Preda, the founder of IMAP MB Partners, is president of Dresner MB Partners.
The Glen Allen firm will provide mergers and acquisitions and financing advice to building engineering and defense engineering companies with annual revenue of $15 million to $250 million based in the mid-Atlantic states.
Dresner MB Partners is part of IMAP, a global middle-market M&A organization.
Chicago-based Dresner Partners, founded in 1991, has an office in New York City.
Preda founded IMAP MB Partners in Hungary in 2002. The firm opened an office in the Richmond area in 2012 .
