Palladium Registered Investment Advisors LLC has leased 10,348 square feet in Dominion Tower at 999 Waterside Drive in Norfolk.

Palladium, founded in January 2008, manages about $1.6 billion in assets. Services include investment management to institutional and individual clients.

Dominion Tower is a 26-story, 403,276-square-foot, Class A building located along the water in downtown Norfolk’s financial district with direct access to Interstates 264 and 464.

Perry Frazer and Chamie Burroughs of CBRE|Hampton Roads represented Palladium in the transaction.
