JLL announced several transactions in the Richmond market totalling 125,877 square feet.
The largest tenant leasing deal was for Omnicare Inc., which leased 31,000 square feet at 8575 Magellan Parkway in Richmond. Scott Harrison and John Simmons of JLL represented the tenant.
In other transactions:
Williamson Drug Co. leased 20,800 square feet at 8575 Magellan Parkway in Richmond. Harrison and Simmons represented the tenant.
Creative Floor Solutions Virginia LLC leased 13,048 square feet at 2801 B Hermitage Road in Richmond. Jacob Servinsky of JLL represented the tenant.
Barnes & Diehl PC leased 10,920 square feet at 7401 Beaufont Springs Drive in Richmond. Gareth Jones and Jimmy Appich of JLL represented the tenant.
