The Omni Electric Building at 2940 Perrowville Road in Bedford County has sold for $1.1 million.

BC & FE Investments LLC purchased the 30,000-square-foot office/warehouse building, situated on 10 acres, from Alpha Management. According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, the firm that brokered the sale, the buyer plans to use the building as an office, testing and manufacturing facility.

Norman K. Moon Jr. and George M. Lupton of Thalhimer handled sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
