A 9,343-square-foot property in Chesterfield County has sold for $2.1 million, according to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group.
The company represented the seller, Colony Investments I LLC. The property located at 2436-2460 Colony Crossing Place was acquired by EMC North Park Center LLC on Sept. 27. The property was 100 percent leased at the time of the acquisition. Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group’s Catharine Spangler and Calvin Griffith worked on the deal along with Birck Turnbull.
