Progress Dodson LLC has purchased a 23,000-square-foot office building at 409 E. Main Street in Richmond for $1 million.

Scott White and Kit Tyler of Colliers International represented the seller, Hamner Enterprises Inc. According to Colliers, Dodson Properties Management, a Richmond-based property management company, will occupy a portion of the property.
